Casey is a naturally goodhearted woman but has changed her personality to fit the style of her arrogant boyfriend, Vik. Since dating him, she has been demeaning, artificial, and arrogant. Although her best friend has tried to talk some sense into her, she won't come to terms that Vik is not for her... until she is saved by the man that she should be with. Afterwards, she begins her venture back to the kind person she once was.
**Role demands that the actress be versatile in level of emotions, such as arrogance, desperation, dreaminess, and being kindhearted.
AUDITIONS are this Thursday, July 8th at 4pm (sharp), on the 3rd floor of the Student Union Building on the UNM main campus - in the Mirage room.

The PA Project is a new TV show, created by Bre Stephens, that will be airing on ABQ Channel 27. The goal of the show is to showcase all of the talent that resides in and around Albuquerque. Position is UN-paid but the EXPOSURE has great potential. Not only will the show be shown on local TV but it will also be streamed live on the station's website. With this online presence, the show can potentially go world-wide.

Every actor needs audition monologues to dazzle and amaze at a moment's notice. The Monologue Boot Camp, a 2-hour, 9-week class, will help you prepare a solid and appropriate monologue (or several monologues), classical and/or contemporary, for any audition situation. You'll work with master acting teacher and coach, Robin Lane, also a stage director and Broadway performer, in order to learn the necessary techniques to astonish your auditors, be it for an onstage production, or film and/or television.
Ever wanted to be a Fly on the wall at your last audition, wondering what was said about you or your performance? Robin has sat in on many auditions, and can give you top secret tips on wardrobe, personal introductions, monologue choices, and MORE! You may, for the first class, bring in one monologue for review (no longer than 1 and 1/2 minutes); or, if you're not sure how to go about researching an appropriate piece, in its very first class Boot Camp will help you find and employ the proper resources. And at the end of the 9-week course, each of you will perform a chosen monologue in a showcase for an invited audience!

Casting Call for Teens and Adults- Two MAJOR film Projects!
Extras Casting: Fright Night and Lemonade Mouth
TWO new film projects in the Albuquerque area which will require a lot of paid EXTRAS and STAND-INS.
FRIGHT NIGHT: Dreamworks feature film starring Colin Farrell, Toni Collette and Anton Yelchin. Filming will take place from 7/26/10-10/1/10.
LEMONADE MOUTH: Disney Channel film. Filming will take place from 7/26/10-9/3/10.
All extras and stand-in positions are NON-UNION and are paid
On Location Casting will be looking for ALL types, ALL ages of local New Mexico/Albuquerque area talent to work on this project. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
